Full Journal pdf2009-02-04 House Journal Page 0167 SB 77 The following, which failed to advance to third reading (page 165), was again before the House: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 77(STA) "An Act relating to the Joint Armed Services Committee; and providing for an effective date." Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 77(STA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 77(STA) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSSB 77(STA) pass the House?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 77(STA) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
